This is an awesome place!! Best to get the garlic spare ribs! Fall-off-the-bone soft ribs! The best unli dim sum place in town, and for a really affordable price. Plus, all the staff are nice and attentive. Come on down here if you love dim sum!

Great price for AYCE dim sum anytime! My favorite will always be the stuffed crab balls. We were happy campers and the place is gorgeous! Can't wait to come when weather is nice and sit outside this place is a hidden gem. Are there better dim sum elsewhere? Sure but everyone has different flavor profiles i think they did a good job not over salting the soups to accommodate most people. I personally would like a little more flavor in the shumai but they were delicious great texture. Great variety of dim sum classics! Staff was attentive even though it was not busy the time if day i went but they still gave it their all. Fantastic overall experience.

Han Spot is a lovely place! A bit pricey but definitely worth it for some delicious Chinese/ Asian food! We brought our mom out to eat and she thoroughly enjoyed the chicken lo mein, scallion pancake, dim sum soup dumpling, Singapore rice noodles, and the orange chicken. Also got some bottomless mimosas to go along with all the yummy food! 10/10

Beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent. We brought a group of 7 and the service was fast - even on a Saturday for dinner. If I even so much as made eye contact with our waitress, she was at our table asking what else we needed. The soup dumplings have an excellent flavor. The peking duck was beautifully presented and delicious. We ordered various other items and they were very good.

Authentic Cantonese dim sum place. The decoration is very nice. Bring your friends and impress them.

We had a birthday dinner for 30 people there. The atmosphere was very inviting. We were given a private area in the restaurant with great decorations. The food was great, generous portion, very authentic Chinese food. Service was exceptional, from manager Mandy to server Joe and all other wait staff, everyone was very friendly. Special for birthday parties or wedding parties. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to try Han Spot in Rio Grande after reading the reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! I came with my very picky mom, my son, and my niece, and we all really enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, and our server was super nice and attentive. If you’ve been unsure or had a less-than-great first experience, I’d recommend giving it another shot—you might be pleasantly surprised like we were!

Some of the earliest Google Reviews don’t do this establishment justice. I’ve been several times and received attentive service, timely food arrival, and tasty bites that will definitely keep me and my family coming back for more. I’ve returned with extended family to celebrate milestone occasions due to the wonderful dining experiences. First, I would say just to talk to the staff. I called ahead to reserve a couple tables to celebrate my son’s baptism with family from out of town. Mandy hooked me up with a custom menu and beautiful tables ready and waiting for our arrival with a view of the waterfront. Joe made sure that we received each course in the dining menu that would best showcase the food (the whole peking duck presentation is so fun and tasty to eat) and compliment other dishes within each course. We all left stuffed full of food in our bellies with plenty of food leftover to also take home. Mandy has access to the best seafood so take advantage of any daily specials not available on the dim sum menu . Thank you, Mandy and Joe, for always taking care of my family.
